The fees for our services will be detailed in the service agreement between YCM Consulting and the client. Payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the agreement. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. YCM Consulting will not disclose any client information to third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and documents created by YCM Consulting in connection with the services provided are the intellectual property of YCM Consulting unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials for internal business purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

YCM Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered. We do not guarantee specific results, and all services are provided on an “as-is” basis.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice in accordance with the terms of the agreement. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

10. Changes to Terms

YCM Consulting reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
