Day 1: Training ModuleFocused on project planning, implementation, and potential supplier evaluation, with a risk-based audit approach. Key insights from case studies and project planning activities were provided, emphasizing the VDA6.3 framework.
Day 2: Training ModuleCovered manufacturing site audits, focusing on identifying risks in processes, people, materials, and environment. Emphasized problem detection through VDA6.3 process risk ideas.
Day 3: Mock AuditStudents engaged in cross-implementation audit exercises, playing roles of auditors and auditees, simulating a real manufacturing site audit and addressing key issues within 10-minute interactions.

1. Learned the application and background cases of VDA6.3 clauses, and the problems often found in enterprises during audits.
2. Learned how to apply tools (turtle diagram, a risk analysis tool, a visual tool for process input and output and execution of process methods, monitoring of process performance, especially the process and the mutual sequence between processes) for auditing.
